What does Singing based Vocal Therapy help with?

Payment

Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate. We will address any extenuating circumstances that may cause the sudden cancellation of a session on a ‘case by case’ basis, at the practitioner’s discretion, should it be required.
  • Illness is a common cancellation factor and clients suffering with a Heavy Cold, Sore Throat, Contagious Cough, Covid, Flu or any other contagious like viral symptoms must not attend. (If you have had these symptoms for over a week prior to your lesson and you feel well enough to participate in your therapy session, I will happily teach you as you are unlikely to still be contagious after the first 7days of symptoms)
  • If you cancel due to illness one week and are still unable to attend the following week then please let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice otherwise you will be charged at the full rate.
Health & Saftety
  • Especially around cold and flu season I will be providing Hand Sanitiser inside the entrance, which I politely ask you use before your lesson.  If you prefer, you can wash your hands in the cloakroom.
Payment
  • Please make payment for your sessions on the day of your lesson via cash or bank transfer if you pay weekly.
  • Should you need to make a different type of payment plan this can be discussed with Olivia and agreed upon at her discretion.
Vocal Therapy Expectations
  • To arrive promptly for each session and to allow time for traffic.
  • To bring your own water bottle to each lesson to keep the vocal cords hydrated.
